We are seeking a results-driven and ethically grounded Business Promoter who will drive market growth while upholding the company’s values of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and teamwork. 3. ROLE PURPOSE To support territory growth, increase product visibility, activate new outlets, strengthen customer relationships, and protect company assets while demonstrating discipline, honesty, and operational excellence. 4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Market Development & Sales Execution • Execute approved journey plans with full territory coverage. • Support achievement of assigned sales volume and distribution targets. • Activate new outlets and increase SKU penetration. • Provide timely market and competitor intelligence. • Maximize sales opportunities during assigned events. B. Customer Relationship & Brand Representation • Build trust-based and respectful customer relationships. • Ensure proper display and visibility of company products. • Represent G3-Biz professionally at all times. • Resolve and escalate customer concerns promptly. C. Asset & Operational Discipline • Safeguard company promotional materials and field tools. • Maintain accurate daily reporting and documentation. • Respect assigned territory boundaries strictly. • Participate fully in end-of-day operational processes as required. D. Mobility & Driving Responsibilities • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. • Safely operate company or assigned vehicles in line with company policy. • Ensure proper handling and basic care of assigned vehicle/motorbike. • Comply with all road safety and traffic regulations. • Promptly report any incidents, damages, or mechanical issues. 5. PERSONAL ETHICS & BEHAVIOURAL EXPECTATIONS We are recruiting not just skill, but character. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Advanced Level (A-Level) or equivalent qualification. Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in sales promotion, distribution, or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) marketing is an advantage. Skills Required: • Strong communication and persuasion ability • Basic numerical and reporting competence • Physical readiness for field operations • High ethical standards and professional conduct 7.
