- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Development & Sales Execution
- Execute approved journey plans with full territory coverage.
- Support achievement of assigned sales volume and distribution targets.
- Activate new outlets and increase SKU penetration.
- Provide timely market and competitor intelligence.
- Maximize sales opportunities during assigned events.
- Customer Relationship & Brand Representation
- Build trust-based and respectful customer relationships.
- Ensure proper display and visibility of company products.
- Represent G3-Biz professionally at all times.
- Resolve and escalate customer concerns promptly.
- Asset & Operational Discipline
- Safeguard company promotional materials and field tools.
- Maintain accurate daily reporting and documentation.
- Respect assigned territory boundaries strictly.
- Participate fully in end-of-day operational processes as required.
- Mobility & Driving Responsibilities
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Safely operate company or assigned vehicles in line with company policy.
- Ensure proper handling and basic care of assigned vehicle/motorbike.
- Comply with all road safety and traffic regulations.
- Promptly report any incidents, damages, or mechanical issues.
