C) Strategic Role Objective of Human Resource Manager

• – The Human Resource Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving the company’s vision by ensuring that the company attracts, develops, and retains a highly motivated and competent workforce.

D) Some Specific Role Responsibilities of the HR Manager:

• – Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals and vision.
• – Promote a positive organizational culture that fosters productivity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• – Strengthen employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• – Drive performance management and capacity-building initiatives to enhance staff efficiency.
• – Support management in strategic workforce planning and talent development

E) Qualifications and Requirements

• – Bachelor’s in HR Management, or in Business Management, or in the equivavent.
• – Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role.
• – Strong knowledge of labor laws and human resource best practices.
• – Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
• – Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
