Seeking IT Expert to Enhance the Skills of Our IT Officer for Improved Digital and Technical Support
1. Introduction
Global Strategic Business Company (G3-Biz Ltd) is a fast-growing enterprise based in Cameroon, committed to becoming one of the most reputable enterprises in Cameroon in terms of trust, growth, expansion, value creation, and value sharing. We are involved in diverse sectors, including the distribution of Guinness products, exports and imports, and agriculture.
We are seeking qualified experts who can provide comprehensive IT training to our IT Officer, with the goal of enhancing his ability to manage our website, update content, create blog posts, oversee our social media accounts, troubleshoot basic computer and network issues, and manage graphics and design.
NB: He has computer skills already
2. Scope of Work
The selected training provider will be expected to deliver the following services:
I. Website Management & Maintenance
➢ Train the IT Officer to regularly update and manage the company website, including content updates, product additions, and design modifications.
➢ Train in using any content management systems (CMS) employed for the website.
ii. Social Media Management
➢ Provide training on how to manage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) effectively, create posts, engage with customers, and monitor analytics.
iii. Blog Writing & Content Creation
➢ Train on writing engaging blog posts relevant to the company’s industry (distribution, imports/exports, agriculture), including basic SEO techniques for blog optimization.
iv. Basic IT Support & Troubleshooting
➢ Provide training on solving common computer issues (hardware and software).
➢ Train in basic network troubleshooting and maintenance.
➢ Guide on improving system security and data backup processes
v. Graphics & Design Basics
➢ Provide training on graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating social media graphics, website visuals, and marketing materials.
vi. System & Software Updates
➢ Train on keeping software and systems updated to ensure smooth operation.
➢ Guide IT best practices for system security and data protection.
vii. General IT Support & Best Practices
➢ Ensure the IT Officer can manage internal IT issues, and network systems, and assist other employees on basic IT challenges.
3. Qualifications & Experience
➢ Proven experience in IT training, particularly in website management, social media, and general IT troubleshooting.
4. Proposal Submission Requirements

- ii. Training Plan: A detailed outline of the training sessions, including the topics covered, methods of instruction (e.g., online, in-person), and duration of training for each area.
- iii. Trainer Profile: Information about the trainer(s) who will conduct the training, including their qualifications and relevant experience.
- iv. Cost Breakdown: A detailed breakdown of your fees
- v. Previous Work & References: Examples of similar work completed, including any relevant testimonials or case studies from clients in related industries.
