ROLE PURPOSE
To drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and market expansion through practical marketing initiatives, while supporting sales performance and strengthening the company’s market presence across assigned territories.4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Activation & Brand Visibility
- Plan and execute field marketing activities and promotions
- Ensure strong product visibility and merchandising standards across outlets
- Identify and leverage market opportunities, events, and campaigns
- Sales Support, Market Development& Market Share Growth
- Work closely with sales teams to drive demand and product movement
- Support achievement of sales and distribution targets
- Contribute to new outlet activation and market expansion efforts
- Identify gaps and implement actions to improve competitive positioning in the markets.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer behavior
- Provide timely and accurate marketing and field reports
- Track performance of campaigns and recommend improvements
- Consumer Driven Activities& Brand Representation
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
- Ensure consistent and professional brand representation in the market
- Support customer loyalty and retention initiatives

6. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or training in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), distribution, or sales-driven environments Skills Required:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
